These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the m8bets platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

To register on m8bets, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual is only one account can be opened.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same household address or device.
• Keep your account password and login details private — never share them with anyone.

As part of the verification process, m8bets may request proof of identity, address, or payment method at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You are liable for all activity carried out on your account unless you have already notified m8bets of unauthorized access.

The following rules apply when placing bets on m8bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and may change from time to time.
• In live betting, there may be a slight delay in bet acceptance due to odds fluctuations.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, m8bets reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.

M8bets reserves the right to investigate any bet if a suspicious betting pattern is detected. If match fixing or any form of dishonest advantage-taking is proven, all associated winnings will be forfeited.

For Sports Betting, you can place bets on all major sports including international cricket, football, and tennis. Esports betting follows the same general rules as Sports Betting, with each game's specific rules applying separately.

Deposits on m8bets can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The key payment rules are:

Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on your account. m8bets is obligated to report any suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

M8bets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirements A specific wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount (typically 5x to 30x).
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• There may be a maximum bet amount when using bonus funds.
• Wagering must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

M8bets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is found — such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts — all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m8bets and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illicit funds.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Collaborative Betting: Coordinated attempts by multiple individuals to manipulate the platform.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Underage Account: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.

You can close your account at any time by contacting the m8bets support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

M8bets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these terms.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• To comply with any law or regulatory authority directive.
• At the user's own request (Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion).

If your account is closed and you have a valid balance with no rule violations, funds will be returned after the verification process is complete. Bonus balances will not be refunded.

M8bets is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

If a dispute arises, contact the m8bets support team first. Our team will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter may be referred to an international gaming arbitration body.

M8bets reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification in advance.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you always have the option to close your account.
